The Sugar River Region provides residents and visitors with an authentic New Hampshire experience through offering a diverse array of recreational, cultural, economic and agricultural opportunities. This region of New Hampshire is known for its country roads, scenic farmland, rushing rivers, and beautiful lakes. Locals also know it as a great place to live with tight-knit communities, excellent access to nature, and good schools.

Finding a Home

In August 2022, Sullivan County home prices sold for a median price of $285,000, according to Redfin. At the same time, median house prices in New Hampshire as a state were $430,100 and $350,100 in Vermont.

Finding a School

According to GreatSchools.org, Sullivan County has two of the top five schools in New Hampshire: Cornish Elementary School and Grantham Village School.
