Best vet/animal hospital ever! So glad I moved to New London with my Keeshond. This is my fourth dog and the only one who pulls at the leash to charge into the friendly front desk staff (yes the doggie treats help but other places have had them too), the kind vet assistants the the compassionate and competent vets. All who get down on the floor with the dog and have all the understanding in the world for how stressed one as an animal's companion can be. When I have been wiped out after a cancer treatment, they have welcomed my request to wait in the reception while they did whatever was needed. Simply the best!

Dr Chase, her vet tech whose name I didn't get (unfirtunately) and Kevin at the front desk were all WONDERFUL to our dog this week when she had a GI issue. And all caregivers and staff have always been absolutely wonderful to our pets for years. With thanks and appreciation!

We've only been in the area a year ago so not a lot of visits to Sugar River Animal Hospital. Recently, however, our older dog became critically sick and we needed to put her down. The care and compassion of the SRAH staff was tremendous. It's so nice to have such a great facility in the area - we are very grateful.

My 13 year old cat (Leia) was referred to your clinic today by her regular vet. My son and I were impressed with your squeaky clean facility, friendly professional staff, and awesome vet. It's so hard to find all this in a vet clinic these days! It was worth the trip!
