Shepherd Realty was our agent in selling our Condominium in Eastman (Grantham) New Hampshire. Shepherd is the best of several good realtors you will find in the region. No one knows Eastman better. The firms owner and all of her staff provided invaluable support in the selling of our Condominium. It was sold for as much as anyone could reasonably expect to receive for it. We were able to sell the Condominium at a difficult time because of the hard work our realtor put into selling it. Additionally, Shepherd Realty was our rental agent for the Condominium for many years and we were completely satisfied with Shepherd Realty in that regard also.

Carol is the queen of the upper valley real estate market! She has integral knowledge of the area and is an Eastman expert. She exclusively showed the house and staffed our open houses. Carol went above and beyond by mailing me an heirloom I forgot to collect before the closing. She prides herself on accurate market value pricing to allow for quick closings. Carol is the only one to entrust with your home’s sale if you are looking for the best realtor.
