David RoseI purchased my Trek FX Sport AL 3 back in late March. From my first phone call to every visit since, the customer service has been outstanding. I like to ask a LOT of questions, and the staff has been incredibly patient and helpful—especially Eli, who I believe I spoke to first. I got a sick bike for the exact same price I'd pay online, but it came fully assembled, and they even tuned it up a month after purchase. I also brought my son's ride in for a tune-up and basically said, "Hey, let's add some parts to make it feel better." They didn't even attempt to upsell me. I literally gave them the opportunity to, and they just gave honest suggestions on items that would actually yield tangible improvements. The last thing, which really meant a lot to me: when I was picking out accessories, I accidentally grabbed the wrong pump. They were absolutely swamped with the spring rush, so the mistake slipped past them too. By the time I realized I had the wrong one, it had already been used and dirtied. Even so, they totally took care of me and let me exchange it without a hassle. 5/5 - I'll be bringing my bikes here yearly for tune-ups and anything else I need. All my future purchases will be from here, too.

Andre LafreniereRob and the team at Claremont’s The Wheel House have been fantastic. My old carbon Bianchi cracked and with only a couple of weeks to spare before a season-finale event. Rob and the guys literally sprang into action helping me define the best fit in geometry, performance, logistics, and value for my specs, for a new Trek Madone all in-house, perfectly fit, and ready in time! It’s a dream ride. Very happy. Knowledgeable, professional and bend-over-backwards helpful. Highly recommended.

Maya BarnettI brought 4 bikes (enduro, trail, gravel, and road) into The Wheel House recently and could not say enough about how amazing Rob and the rest of the team have been. I have strayed away from bike shops in the past for various reasons, but The Wheel House has been incredibly transparent about price estimates and timing, flexible, welcoming and down to earth, and I could go on and on. Their team seems to have strong technical skills and is willing to work on all types and brands of bikes. The Wheel House just earned a life-long customer and I will be bringing my bikes here from wherever I am. Not to mention, the Arrowhead trails are so much fun!
