Taylor LawrenceWe recently purchased a U35 Kubota Excavator from Townline Equipment. Kasia Astbury was an amazing Sales Associate. She made the process flawless and was very prompt answering all of the questions we had. They had to source our machine from another dealer and were able to get it on site within a week and ready for us within a couple more days. I plan to exclusively use this outfit moving forward for all of our Kubota machinery needs!

Mike KinahanI purchased my first tractor from Spencer at Townline before Covid. A neighbor who is in the excavation business suggested I visit Townline. The experience was great, very low stress and easy. Since then I have purchased a KX057-5 mini excavator, SVL75-3 track loader, RTV-850, and another tractor, an L6070 with backhoe from Townline. I have also purchased a number of implements and parts, and used the service department. The entire Townline team has been great to work with and very helpful. On the sales side I have found Spencer to be very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in sourcing the right equipment. The sales experience has always been low-stress and enjoyable. The service team has also been great. Eric and Brad in particular have spent time explaining the maintenance routines on my equipment and walking me through various steps. The broader service team has always been helpful with questions and demonstrations. In one instance the winch kit I purchased for my RTV was missing a set of electrical connections and I was unsure of the exact installation process. Two gentleman from the service team came out and explained how the wiring worked on a machine in the yard while a third gentleman made the missing part for me. The transport team is also great, very pleasant to work with and happy to discuss any questions or concerns. In a world where corporate entities buy small businesses and ruin them, it’s refreshing to be able to go to a family owned small business where the product is high quality, the people seem happy, and the sales/service customer experience remains a priority.
