Frank MoreyWorking with Gidget was a fantastic experience. Gidget listened to what we wanted and placed us in a fantastic home. Even forgoing more expensive options because they truly were not the correct fit. Gidget would be my goto choice if I had to go through the home buying (and selling) process again.

Erin LGidget was amazing to work with! Gidget was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to connect me with the plumbers, electricians, and contractors that I needed to get the home ready. I felt like she always had my best interest at heart and saved me from spending where I did not need to. 10/10 experience for me and selling my home.

Anthony MGidget Ducharme is a Top-Tier Real Estate Agent. Working with Gidget was an absolute pleasure and one of the best real estate experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, she demonstrated a deep understanding of my needs, remarkable dedication, and unmatched professionalism. Gidget invested a significant amount of time visiting properties with me, truly listening and learning about the features, land, and neighborhood requirements that were most important to me. Her ability to narrow down the right properties based on my preferences was incredible. Thanks to her targeted approach, we found several highly desirable locations in no time. What sets Gidget apart is her skill in negotiation and her ability to go above and beyond. Not only did she secure excellent terms for me, but she also worked collaboratively with the seller’s agent to ensure both parties were satisfied. Her attention to detail and fairness made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Gidget’s network of recommendations for lawyers, title companies, banks and inspectors was equally impressive. She provided multiple top-notch options, all of whom were true professionals. Because of her efficiency and connections, we were able to close on my property in record time—within just a month! Having worked with four real estate agents over the years, I can confidently say that Gidget is the best. Her commitment to her clients and her ability to deliver results are unparalleled. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Gidget is simply outstanding!
