Place was clean with fast, helpful, and nice service. We even had the bartender come out confirm the alcohol I wanted in my daiquiri which was promptly made and looked nice (though not large or strong). What was large was the portions of the food so definitely good bang for your buck! The shredded chicken was especially tender and flavorful and the queso dip quite good. I also liked their mole sauce but wish it had some heat to it. My only two complaints was the salsa tasted like they added some tex mex seasoning packet and their house hot sauce was sweet and spicy, almost tropical tasting instead of a savory hot sauce (not very spicy either...I've had jalapeños spicer than their hot dauce).
Apr 2, 2026 · Google ReviewI moved up here from TX & I've been on the hunt for a good Mexican restaurant in the area. Guys, this is it! The chorizo queso dip is the best I've ever had, their entrees are loaded with flavor, the tortillas are made in house so they're fresh. There are so many great things I could say about this place! Jan 16, 2026 · Google ReviewGreat locally owned Mexican restaurant with ample menu choices and delicious margaritas. Family friendly with kind and attentive waiters. We went on a Monday afternoon, after 2pm, with a group of 7 and had no wait. The Hawaii Fajitas were incredible! Delicious, sweet pineapple flavor with plenty of pineapple chucks mixed in with green peppers, onions, tomatoes, chicken, shrimp, and scallops. The house margarita is great, too, and amply sized!
Jul 3, 2025 · Google ReviewStopped in on a Tuesday night and the parking lot was packed. No worries though as the restaurant inside is quite large with many booths along the walls and tables scattered throughout. A large bar area looked inviting. They have an extensive menu and the food was decent. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Prices were fair as well. Will definitely return.
Feb 20, 2025 · Google ReviewThis place is fantastic. The rice alone took me right back to the hole-in-the-wall Mexican spots I used to go to when I lived in Texas—that authentic flavor that’s surprisingly hard to find around here. So good. The al pastor tacos were absolutely delicious and generously portioned—lots of meat and great flavor in every bite. The ceviche was fresh, bright, and super flavorful, a perfect appetizer to start the meal. And I have to mention the churro martini. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was incredibly well balanced and honestly one of the most unique and delicious cocktails I’ve had in a while. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and gave great recommendations, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!
